This notice describes information collected through CommercialGeneratorBuyers.com for generator purchase and removal inquiries.

What you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, equipment location, rating, condition and any additional details or photographs you choose to provide. It also records the page used to submit the inquiry, submission time and your confirmation that you are authorized to discuss the equipment and agree to contact about it.

How the information is used

We use this information to assess the equipment and service area, discuss a possible purchase and removal, respond to your inquiry and maintain related business records. Submitting the form does not sign you up for marketing messages or authorize unrelated promotional texts.

Photos and site information

Upload only information you are authorized to share. Avoid people, access codes and unrelated confidential records. Accepted images are re-encoded to JPG; embedded metadata such as GPS and device tags is removed. The original uploaded image is not retained by the application after processing. Photographs may still reveal a location or other details in their visible content.

Storage and access

Inquiries and processed photos are stored privately on our hosting account. They are not published as website content. Access is limited to the people handling the inquiry and technical service providers supporting the website. Information may be shared with an appropriate project participant when needed to assess or carry out an agreed job.

Security and essential website information

The form uses an essential session cookie for request validation and duplicate-submission protection. A protected, pseudonymous rate-limit record helps reduce abuse. Hosting systems may also maintain technical logs, including IP addresses and request information, to operate and secure the service. We use CallRail cookies and similar identifiers to connect website visits with phone inquiries and understand whether callers found us through search, advertising or another source. CallRail may receive your IP address, browser information, referring website, pages visited and campaign information. The displayed phone number may change for this purpose; calls still reach our business. CallRail form capture is not enabled. See CallRail’s privacy notice.

Business phone inquiries

Our phone service keeps call details such as caller number, date, time, duration and routing status to help us respond to inquiries and evaluate call quality. Call recording is currently turned off.

How long information is kept

Inquiry records are kept while the inquiry is being evaluated and as needed for related business records. You may request correction or deletion using the contact details below and identifying your earlier request. Copies in hosting backups may remain until those backups are replaced according to the hosting provider’s backup cycle. We may need to retain information associated with an agreed transaction or other recordkeeping obligation.
